Keep Practicing

In the next twenty-four hours continue to notice the sensations you feel in your solar plexus, chest, and throat areas. Click the appropriate center on the Authentic Power BodyScanner each time to show you visually what you are experiencing (red/fear if painful, green/love if pleasing).

If you are not near your computer during the day, recall as many of your experiences as you can at the end of the day, and click on the Authentic Power BodyScanner as you recall each of them. Get used to noticing your sensations in these areas and click on the Authentic Power BodyScanner often to help you remember where they are and what they mean.
