Becoming Emotionally Aware in Loving Situations

Recall a time when you felt so much love, perhaps with a person who is very special to you, or with someone you know is your friend no matter what, or for someone who did something kind for you or someone else.

Focus on that loving feeling.

Now allow yourself to remember everything you can about this friend or special memory. Bring your attention into your solar plexus, chest, and throat areas. Close your eyes if it helps you.
