Welcome to Chapter Three Exercises and Questions

The exercises and questions in this chapter are especially designed to help you develop emotional awareness. Once you develop emotional awareness, you will see how important it is to creating authentic power, and your life will come alive with messages that your emotions are giving to you—a loving part of your personality is active (so you can cultivate it) or a frightened part of your personality is active (so you can challenge it).

As you answer the questions, be sure to write any observations and insights you have about yourself in your SoulLog. Many of your answers will be further explored later on in the course. You can also return to your SoulLog any time and review what you have written and add to it.
