What Is My Intention?

A two-day experiment

Here is a practical way to make a real difference in your daily experiences and
interactions.

For the next forty-eight hours, each time you react, ask yourself:

“What is my intention?”

For example, when you are impatient, defensive, in a power struggle, or angry, stop in that moment and ask yourself:

“What is my intention?”

In other words:

“What do I intend to create with my impatience,
defensiveness, anger, or my power struggle?”
