What Sensations Am I Feeling in My Body?

Spend at least 5 minutes noticing any sensations in the vicinities of your energy processing centers.

Choose a time when you are reacting to someone or something—when you are feeling angry, jealous, impatient, or vengeful. Become aware of what you are feeling in your solar plexus, chest, and throat areas.

If you feel uncomfortable or painful sensations, that is fear. If you experience good-feeling sensations, that is love. If you don’t feel anything, you are unaware of your emotions.

Do this at least two more times today, and write about your experiences and insights below.
