Spiritual Partnership and Authentic Power
Gary Zukav (with his spiritual partner Linda Francis) explains how the Life Lessons in the Authentic Power Program can help participants in dealing with painful experiences and daily distractions. Using the Spiritual Partnership Guidelines is the best way to create authentic power and to learn how to choose love.
Gary Zukav (with his spiritual partner Linda Francis) reads an excerpt from his new book Spiritual Partnership: The Journey to Authentic Power. “Love and fear are the two great commitments of the human experience. They are mutually exclusive…and you must choose between them.”
Gary Zukav (with his spiritual partner Linda Francis) discusses the many faces of fear. Criticism, negativity, judgment, blame, and workaholism are all ways that fear presents itself in your lives. Everyone has experiences that are unique to them, from which they can grow spiritually.
Gary Zukav and Linda Francis discuss equality in their Authentic Power Program. Spiritual partnership is a partnership between equals for the purpose of spiritual growth. Creating emotional awareness—learning to respond instead of react—is vital to choosing love, and it requires Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Conscious Communications and Actions.

This Authentic Power Program participant discovers that she sometimes keeps herself separate from people by being superior to them. She creates all the “right” answers, and by not listening to others, she allows no room for meaningful relationships.
In a matter of moments, this Authentic Power Program participant goes from feeling inferior to superior. Acknowledging that it feels good when his partner in this exercise feels inferior to him, he is honest with her in order to deepen their relationship.
